2. Nature of EpicBDSM Content
EpicBDSM is an independent creative project dedicated exclusively to AI-generated video content. The Platform's own Content is digitally created using AI-based generation technologies and is fully synthetic; it is not based on real-world video footage or recordings of real persons.

3. User-Generated Content
Users and creators who upload or publish Content on the Platform are solely responsible for ensuring that their Content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other rights of any third party.

4. Copyright Complaints
If you believe that Content available on EpicBDSM infringes your copyright, you may contact the Operator and submit a copyright infringement notification containing sufficient information to identify the protected work and the allegedly infringing Content.

If you believe that Content available on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notification in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, where applicable.

2. Required Information
A copyright infringement notification should contain sufficient information for the Operator to identify and assess the claim, including:

(i) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
(ii) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
(iii) identification of the allegedly infringing Content and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on the Platform;
(iv) contact information sufficient to allow the Operator to communicate with you;
(v) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law; and
(vi) a statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Review and Action
Upon receiving a sufficiently detailed copyright complaint, the Operator may review the reported Content and take appropriate action where required or justified, including restricting or removing access to the Content. The Operator may request additional information or documentation before taking action.

If you believe that Content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake, misidentification, or an incorrect copyright claim, you may submit a counter-notification where such procedure is applicable under the relevant law, including 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

2. Repeat Infringement
The Operator reserves the right to remove Content, restrict access, suspend, or terminate User Accounts where users repeatedly infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights, subject to applicable law.

3. False or Abusive Claims
Copyright complaints must be submitted in good faith and must contain accurate information. Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or abusive copyright claims may result in appropriate action by the Operator and may have legal consequences.

4. User Responsibility
Users remain solely responsible for the Content they upload, publish, or otherwise make available through the Platform and for ensuring that they have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to use and distribute such Content.
